Partial Payment & Refund Policy

At Visionsindh, we maintain transparent and fair policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order using the ₹499 partial payment option.

1. Non-Refundable Partial Payment

The partial payment of ₹499 is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
If the order is delivered to your location and you fail to receive it within 7 days of the delivery attempt, the partial payment will not be refunded, as it covers production, shipping, handling, and processing costs.

2. Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailability

If the courier marks the order as undelivered, customer unavailable, customer refused, or address not reachable, the partial payment will remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return will be accepted only in the following situations:

The product is damaged on arrival,

A wrong product is delivered, or

Size issues (as per our size-exchange guidelines).

In these valid cases, the ₹499 partial payment will be adjusted during the exchange/return process.
