All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Prepaid Orders: Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order through the available online payment methods.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders require a partial advance payment of ₹499 as a security/booking amount at the time of order placement. No additional COD handling charges apply. The remaining balance is payable to the delivery partner upon receipt of the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are shipped via Delhivery and Bluedart.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
- Delivery/shipping charges are included in the product price; no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or logistical disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that do not meet this condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping the item back to us is borne by the buyer.
- Refund Method: At your preference, refunds will be issued either as store credit or via bank transfer.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
